Mistakes
Being a contractor Espy was always looking for mistakes in homes. When we had a small addition built the first time Espy visited he put his hands in his pockets, jingled his change, and looked for mistakes. When he asked me why we didn't have the contractor do a certain task I replied, "We told him to leave it like that so you would have something to complain about." Then we both laughed. God speed, Espy.
