Van, as I always called him, was an excellent accountant and really knew his stuff when it came to taxes. My mom introduced me to him years ago after my husband passed away and it was tax time and I didn't have a clue what to do about filing. He made things much easier and less stressful. He was a good man and a devoted husband to Ann. They were such a loving couple. My mom Sue Kennell went to church at Holy Trinity with Van and his wife Ann and always had such high regard for them. He will be missed but he is now with his love Ann, may you both have everlasting peace.

My Uncle Rex was my hero growing up. I was so proud of his service to our country and remember sharing letters while he was serving in Vietnam. My heart is heavy with sadness for his children. I pray God will give them the strength they need to get through the days ahead. May he rest in peace with his love, Ann.
