He was born February 27, 1926 in Korosten, Ukraine.
Services will be at 11:00 AM Friday, September 17, 2010 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mikola Illyuk officiating.
Burial will be in Hazelwood Cemetery.
