Obituary for John Albert Nichols, III
John Albert Nichols III, 60, Springfield, Missouri, departed this life July 10, 2016 in Springfield, Missouri. He was born December 10, 1955, in Portsmouth, Va, to Charlotte and John Albert Nichols II. John was Deputy Sheriff in Virginia. Upon moving to Springfield, John became a successful business owner. He was owner of Hope Contracting. He was also a part of the Springfield Best, Springfield Contractors Association, and Better Business Bureau.
He is survived by his wife Phyllis Nichols; two sons Randy Williams, Jr. and Adam Nichols; 8 grandchildren, Chris Williams, Randi Paige Williams, Christian Williams, McKenzie Williams and Gracen Williams, Caleb Nichols, Landon Nichols and Trinity Nichols; great-grandchildren, Aubrey and Montana Rae Williams; and his brother Ralph Bundick and wife Margie.
Memorial services will be at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, July 16, 2016 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut Street, Springfield.
