Message: Alice first touched my life 20 years ago when we worked together at St. John's Hospital. She was so sincere and loving to everyone and treated them like family. Even after I moved far away, she still continued to keep in touch by sending beautiful cards with her added heartfelt messages and cute stickers. She was a true lady who saw the best in others. She will be missed and remembered by many.

Message: I only knew Alice Davis as "The Hat Lady":) I had an experience with her nearly 10 years ago that has been forever my expectation of what customer service looks like. She was thoughtful and genuine with everyone. I only interacted with her for about 4 seconds as a door greeter at Wal-Mart and that interaction made me feel so special. I teach customer service for a large bank and have shared my Hat Lady story with every class I have trained since then. She was awesome and I wish I could've spent more time with her. I was sad to hear of her passing.
