May you find comfort in knowing that Vernon is safe in the arms of Jesus. Vernon is now free of all the pains and sorrows of this world. He has been reunited with his family and families that have gone before him, what a glorious day in heaven it is for him. Our prayers for comfort during this very hard time.

I remember the conversation Vernon had with us, he said when his life is over, he wants to be taken to a very high hill and have his ashes set free, but it must be on a day that there's a breeze, because he wants to fly high..... I remember when I was a little girl, Vernon made me a homemade bow and arrow, he taught me how to make one. Vernon could make me laugh easily. I'm going to miss you!
