Message: Some of Father Jim McKenna's family members will be gathering in Springfield to celebrate his life with the Memorial Mass at St. Agnes Cathedral and for the inurnment of his cremains next to his parents graves in St. Mary's Cemetery. We all have fond special memories of him as a brother, brother in law and uncle. He dedicated most of his life as a priest serving the poor and oppressed by his missionary work in Central and South America. Striving for peace and justice in this world was his passion and driving force. He touched many lives and will be missed all over the world.
