Lavonne Mercer, age 68 of Richland, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. She was born June 28, 1946 in Phelps County Missouri to Otis R. and Virgie E. (Birdsong) Yelton.
She is survived by her sons; Otis Dell Mercer of Carmi, Illinois, William C. Mercer of Richland, Missouri, and Billy Mercer of Richland, Missouri.
