William " Shawn " Reynolds

William Alex Shawn Reynolds from Springfield, MO, passed away at 7:34am Monday January 16, 2017 in his father’s home.
He was born November 30, 1972 in Springfield, MO to David Lynn Reynolds and Beverley Ann (Gorman) Reynolds. He attended Hilcrest and Bailey High School. He was awarded the “Civilian Of The Year” Award in 2001 for rescuing a family from house fire. He was a proud uncle and loved his nephews, Dakoda and Owen and his nieces, Hannah and Devryn. One of his favorite jobs was working as a set, props, and lighting designer for Springfield Little Theater and various concerts that toured Springfield. He was an accomplished skateboarder and participated in semi-pro skateboarding competitions in his youth. He was an avid music lover whose music collection ranged for classic country to industrial, classical to experimental and everything in between. He will be sorely miss by all who knew him.
He was proceeded in death by his Grandmother, Juanita King and his Mother, Beverley Ann (Gorman) Reynolds.
He is survived by his father, David Lynn Reynolds; his brothers, David Todd Reynolds and Joshua D. Reynolds; his sister, Nichole Danelle Reynolds-Duckworth; his nephews, Dakoda David Alexander Reynolds and John Owen Duckworth; his nieces, Hannah Celeste Duckworth and Devryn Annika’Lane Oelke.
