William Bentley

William H. Bentley, 86, known to many in town as Mr. Bill or Mr. Bentley, passed away June 10, 2007 at Cox South Hospital.

He is survived by his daughter, Bonita Shea, and her husband, James Shea of Rockbridge; his brother, Lee; his sister, Bobbie; and many nieces and nephews in the Ohio and West Virginia area.

Bill is a retired veteran, a Pearl Harbor survivor, as well as having survived 5 tours of Vietnam. He passed away after a short illness. Online condolences can be made at www.hhlohmeyer.com.
