Wesley Gene Blackwell, 38, Forsyth, passed away Thursday, March 22, 2007.
He was born December 19, 1968 in El Dorado Springs, Missouri to James and Shirley (Teague) Blackwell.
Wesley is survived by his mother, Shirley Mitchell, of Springfield; his seven brothers and sisters, Cindy Barton, and her significant other, Lester Black of Afton, Ok., James Blackwell, and his wife Debbie, of Springfield, Laura Chandler, and her husband Charles of N. Miami, Ok., Robert Blackwell, and his wife Shirley, of Jay, Ok., Stephanie Rozell, and her husband Pete, of Afton, Ok., Amanda Lammon, and her husband Chris, Afton, Ok., and Scottie Mitchell, and his wife Betty, Miami, Ok.; his 22 nieces and nephews; his numerous great nieces and nephews; and his special friends, Lucy Booth and Charles Shannon.
Memorial graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Afton, Oklahoma with Pastor Jason Shelton officiating.
