Wendy is survived by her husband Shawn, 5 children, Mandie Hicks, Cera Hicks, Ashley Betancourt, Niki and Rachelle Schofield. Her parents, Marilyn (Richard) Blackburn and Joseph Vincent McCoy. Her brothers and sisters, Michael McCoy, Laura McCoy, Ken Stoeppelmann and Sonya Carter and 12 grandchildren.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 17, 2013, in Herman H. Lohmeyer Chapel, 500 E. Walnut. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. before the service.
