Wanda S. McNeall, 72, Springfield, passed away Saturday, June 30, 2007 in her home.

She was born December 23, 1934 to Homer and Ethel (Belew) Smith. Wanda and her husband were missionaries in Brazil with the International Mission Board for 32 years, retiring in 1998. She also was a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister-in-law Juanita Pearman.

She is survived by her husband of over 52 years, Don McNeall; her children, Janice Johnson, and her husband Mike, Paul McNeall, and his wife Doyleen, and Brenda Greer, and her husband Richard; her grandchildren, Caleb and Hannah Johnson, Cameron and Leandra McNeall, Alexis and Kenny Greer, and her foster grandchild, Joey Pesa; her brothers, Lawrence Smith, and his wife Margaret, Earnest Smith, and his wife Bonnie, Wayne Smith, Merle Smith, and his wife Linda, Harold Smith, and his wife Sharon, Ronnie Smith, and his wife Gail; her sister, Beulah Bryant, and her husband George; her sister-in-law, Wilma Haun, and her husband Don; and her brother-in-law, Denny Pearman.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday July 3, 2007 in Macedonia Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Hufft officiating under the care of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
