Toni Grant

Annette (Toni) Grant, 81, of Springfield, MO. was peacefully called home on December 3, 2017 surrounded by loved ones.

Annette was born on August 9, 1936 in Munchweiler, Germany.

She was United in Marriage to Charles E. Grant in January 1956 while he was stationed in Germany. She came to the United States in 1957, where she has called Springfield her home for the last 61 years. She had four Sons and a Daughter.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E Grant, and two Sons Danny Lee Grant and Chuck Grant.

She is survived by a two sons, Tom Grant and wife Denise of Nixa, Mo. Jim Grant and wife Kathy of Biloxi, Mississippi, and a Daughter Daniela Taylor of Willard, MO. Three Sisters and a Brother in Germany and one Sister of Modesto, CA. and many Nieces and Nephews. She had 14 Grandkids and 18 Great Grandkids who all loved her dearly.

She always enjoyed getting together with her friends to drink coffee and eat German food. She loved being around all the Grandkids and Great Grandkids, her face would just light up when they would yell “Omie”!! She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday December 7, 2017 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Chapel. Cremation burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery next to her husband Charles E. Grant Sr.
