He was born January 11, 1964 in Jefferson City, MO.
Thomas was a truck driver.
Immediate survivors include his wife Janis of the home; parents Keith and Coralie Lee; four children; Cassie Lee, Tommy Lee, Kelly Bray and Destiny Asburry; step children; Eric, Jeff and Jason Sawyer; sister, Lois Lee; brother, Tim Lee; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive.
