Teri Loch

Teri "T T" Jean McGauley Loch, was born March 27, 1949 in San Diego, CA and passed after a brave battle with cancer June 8, 2009 at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, MO. She left this earth after 60 years of physical life to rejoin her family for eternal life in Heaven.

Teri leaves behind her beloved daughter Cindy M. Loch of Branson, MO, mother Rosemary McGauley of Ozark, brother Larry McGauley and wife Carol of Springfield, "precious" sister Linda Shaw and husband Rick of Ozark, brother Dennis McGauley of Sedalia, MO, nephew Brian Shaw and wife Lika and their two sons David and Dylan of Miami, FL, special niece Nikki Salsman and husband Brandon of Springfield, and loyal dog "Corki". She was preceded in death by her father Arthur McGauley and grandparents.

Teri lived a rich full life enjoying quilting, family time, dancing, reading, watching her favorite old westerns, bird watching, singing, playing games and good jokes. She was so much fun to be with and always had a beautiful smile for everyone. Teri's humor and wit will be missed tremendously by everyone that she touched.

Teri has worked for Missouri State University for 20 years and in recent years accomplished the status of Executive Secretary to the Chief of Staff in the President's Office. Her co-workers became her dearest friends and she appreciated all their love and support through her difficult time.

The family would like to thank everyone for the prayers, help, comfort and support through this trying time and knows that it was all because Teri had such a wonderful spirit . Special thanks to Joni, her awesome neighbor who was invaluable to all of us and to "Birds of a Feather" that orchestrated numerous acts of kindness.

In lieu of flowers, Teri requested to have all donations made to Hospice of Southwest Missouri.

"Everyone who met her became an instant friend"
