He was born March 16, 1957 in Springfield, Missouri to Roy and Henrietta (Powers) Green.
Ted was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Tanya Austin; and brother, Ernest Green.
He is survived by his brother, Roy Green; sister, Wathena Noblitt, and her husband Gerald; ex-wife, Margo Harrington; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial visitation will be from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday, January 17, 2014 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut Street.
