He was born August 4, 1953 in Rolla, Missouri to Robert and Amelia (Zuchelli) Lipscomb.
Stephen is survived by his parents; his sisters, Susan Lipscomb, Dena Gaddis, and Linda Stone, and her husband Rick; and his brothers, Robert Lipscomb, Jr., Jeff Lipscomb, and his wife Cheryl, and their two sons.
