Stephan Harvey Knox was born April 17, 1962 in San Diego CA. to Kenneth D and Velma Knox and passed on June 11, 2024.
His family relocated to Southwest Missouri to be closer to family when he was a young boy and Steve was a lifelong resident after that. He graduated in May of 1980.
He became involved in the masonry trade at an early age and ultimately operated his own masonry business as a master brick layer. In retirement, he was an intricate part of running WF Cody's with his wife. Steve was an avid dog lover and loved and cared for several dogs during his lifetime.
He was proceeded in death by both his parents, an infant brother Michael, and brother, Tim Knox.
He is survived by his wife Tanya, daughter Kara and 2 step daughters, Kaileigh Martin (her daughter Leighelle) and Natalie Shields, brother Kenneth (Pat) and sister in law Mona, nieces and nephews, Michael and Lisa of Pacific MO, Kellen and Christina Brumley of Colfax WA, John and Brooke of Springfield, David and Elle Hollis of Springfield, along with many family members and friends.
