Stanley Nimmo

Stanley "Stan" R. Nimmo, 56, Springfield, passed away on Friday, February 29, 2008.

He was born December 31, 1951, in Springfield, Missouri, to Clyde K. and Mildred (Woolsey) Nimmo. Stan was a loving husband, father and "PaPa".

He is survived by his wife of thirty-five years, Janelle Nimmo; his son, Steven; his daughter, Suzanne and son-in-law, Chuck; his beloved grandchildren, Cheyanne, Samantha, Kayla, Hollie and Seth; his mother, Mildred Pippin; his sister Theda and her husband Dean Brake; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and co-workers. He was generous to a fault and will be greatly missed. We love you!

Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 4, 2008, in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
