Shirl Ann Wagner age 58 passed away at Mercy Medical Center on August 28, 2022.
Shirl was born in Des Moines, IA to Floyd and Barbara Houser (Hughes) on March 23, 1964. Shirl worked for Avera Health for 25+ years and was a nursing assistant throughout the years. She enjoyed fishing, boating, snowmobiling, and traveling.
Survivors include her loving husband Lee Wagner of Missouri, Brothers Jim Houser (Meghan) of South Dakota, Tim Houser of Des Moines, Iowa, Nephews Kenny Houser (Ankeny, IA), Danny and JJ of South Dakota. Nieces: Krystel Mersch of Iowa, and Kari Lundholm (Brian) of South Dakota, Step-Daughter Sara and grandchildren Devon, Ethan, and Kyra of Wisconsin, Sister-in-Laws Lorie McLucas (Willie) of Florida, Judy Wagner of Iowa, Gina Santiago of Wisconsin; Brother-in-Laws Ramon Wagner (Jode) of Wisconsin, Jose Wagner of (Virginia), Eric Young of Wisconsin; special mention Lisa Jensen, Barbara Houser, and a host of cousins, family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held in Des Moines IA at a later date. There will be no viewing or visitation as cremation has taken place.
