Sarah Vanderhoof

Sarah Elizabeth Vanderhoof, born September 16, 1982 went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 3, 2006 after a long illness. Sarah was preceded in death by her grandfather, Jack Copeland and her uncle, Rick Rea who will welcome her to heaven.

She is survived by parents, Steven and Marlyne Vanderhoof; sisters, April and Ashley Vanderhoof; proud grandparents, Ben and Dolores Vanderhoof and Thelma Copeland; her uncles and aunts, David and Paula Rea, Chuck Rea, Gary and Glenda Rea, Michelle Pendergrass, Tina Rea, Mike and Sheila Copeland, Marc Copeland and her aunt and best friend, Merrian Copeland. Sarah is also survived by a nephew, Benjamin Vanderhoof and many loving cousins and friends.

Sarah's courage through a long and painful battle was an inspiration to all who knew her and she will be missed by all of us.

Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 7, 2006 in Glenstone Baptist Church with Dr. Patrick Ward officiating. Burial will follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery under the care of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home 500 E. Walnut St.

Visitation will be from 6:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
