Sally Sliwinski

Sally Ann Sliwinski, age 41, passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 in Springfield, Missouri.

She was born May 6, 1977 in Chicago, Illinois the daughter of Raymond Thomas Sliwinski and Judith Ann (Alesky) Sliwinski.

Sally was a Pharmaceutical Technician and worked at a Pharmaceutical Distribution Center in Illinois before moving to Springfield, prior to her death to live with her friends, Shelby & Olga Kilmer.

Sally is survived by her faithful dog and companion, Capone; her mother, Judith Sliwinski; two brothers, Raymond and James Sliwinski; two sisters, Annie Sliwinski and Kris Read; her friends, Gail, Christine, Christopher, Shelby and Olga.

She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond and three brothers.

A visitation will be held from 1:00 - 2:00 pm Monday, November 26, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Springfield, Missouri with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 2:00 pm.

A service will be held at 2:30 pm Tuesday, November 27, 2018 in the chapel at St. Casimir Catholic Cemetery in Chicago, Illinois where Sally will be laid to rest next to her father, Raymond.
