Ruth G. Morvant, 66, Stockton, passed away at 8:56 a.m. Sunday, October 2, 2005 in St. John's Hospital.
She was born June 26, 1939 to John and Naomi (Dotson) Drummond. Mrs. Morvant was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, John Drummond.
Ruth is survived by her husband, Rifford J. Morvant; her three daughters, Diana and her husband Darrin Jarreau; Datha Jarreau, Ruth Irene McNabb; her seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; her three brothers, Wayne Drummond and his wife Sue; David Drummond and his wife Edith; Charles Drummond and his wife Rita; and her sister Gloria Gaspard.
Ruth will be buried at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, Oakdale, Louisiana.
