She was born February 25, 1934 in Buffalo, MO to Robert and Mary (Mode) Turner. She was a homemaker.
Ruby was preceded in death by her daughter Judy Green.
Survivors include her children, Howard and Dennis Atkisson, Billy and Linda Fletcher, Mary West, Brinda Hicks and James Hitchcock III and many many grandchildren who will love and remember her always and a host of friends.
Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, November 5, 2011 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home Chapel, 500 E. Walnut Street, Springfield, MO.
