Rosito P. Ong, 67, Springfield, passed away Thursday March 18, 2010 in St. John's Hospital.
Rosito was born April 12, 1942 in Manila, Philippines to Manuel and Fortunata (Peralta) Ong. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Irene Ong.
Rosito is survived by his wife, Evelyn Ong; his daughters, Imelda Pham, and her husband Le, and Ivy Reid, and her husband Owen; his grandchildren, Ian Pham, Noah Delapaz, Maliah Reid, and Caden Reid; and many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday March 22, 2010 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut St. with prayer services starting at 6:30 p.m.
Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 23, 2010 in St. Agnes Cathedral. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
