Robert Rumpza

Robert Thomas Rumpza passed away June 18th, 2017 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri at the age of 76. Raised in Grenville, SD and currently lived in Mt. Vernon, MO. Retired Owner\President of Mobile Concrete Pumping, Inc. Preceded in death by wife Getta Rumpza, parents Benedict Frank Rumpza and Alvina Martha Schlekewy, brothers Eugene (Melinda) and Ronald Rumpza and sister Janet (Roger) Navratil. Survived by loving children: Brian (Cheri) Rumpza, Brenda (Scott) Lichtenberg, Bonnie (Gregg) Lowe, Mary Rumpza and Jamie (Jodi) McKenzie, step daughters Jill Walker and Monica Kelly. Surviving grandchildren Benjamin and Alexander Rumpza, Andrew and Brent Lichtenberg, Brooke and Brandon Lowe, Bryce Rumpza, Alex, Ben and Mitch Carlson, Kelly, Keri, Eleasha, Brandon, and Tyler McKenzie. Surviving sisters Darlene Buchannan, Sandy (Marshall) Meyer and step sister Sandy Rumpza. Surviving step brothers Larry (Elaine) Schlekewy, Robert (Judy) Schlekewy, Lon Schlekewy as well as many other nephew, nieces and cousins. Service will be at St. Philip Catholic Church,612 South Main St., Hankinson ND at 2pm on August 5, 2017.
