Robert L. Boswell, 67 of Springfield passed away at 3:25 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, 2008 in Christian Health Care West.
Robert was born Dec. 2, 1940 in Fresno, Calif. to Lawrence and Edna (Skinner) Boswell. He grew up in the Branson area. Robert loved forestry, was an avid scout master and served briefly in the US Navy.
Robert is survived by his Son, Chris Boswell; two sisters, Loretta Doric and Carolyn Colston; and many grandchildren, nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles. Also survived by his dear friends, Nancy Fulton and Bob and Elda Jones.
Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. today (Friday) in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Richard Schoonover officiating under the care of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home.
