Richard Moore

Richard (Ricky) Alan Moore passed away at his home in Springfield, Missouri, on October 10, 2024 after being disabled for the past three years.

Ricky was born on January 16, 1963 in Natchez, Mississippi, to parents, Herbert "Sonny" Moore and Betty Jo Reese Moore.

Ricky was preceded in death by his father, Herbert "Sonny" Moore; grandparents, Joel and Eunice Reese, and Cecil and Mildred Moore; father-in-law George Brasseal, and mother-in-law Sue Foster Brassel.

He is survived by his wife of thirty-five years, Clara Janette Brasseal Moore, his mother, Betty Jo Reese Moore and his brother Joel C. Moore. He is also survived by his aunts, Linda Reese Shirley and Peggy Reese Huseman, and uncles, Joel Leon Reese (Cherrie), and Clifton "Buddy" Moore; his two pets, Dantae and Sophie Lynn; many family members and close friends.

Ricky was employed over the years at several restaurants in Natchez, worked offshore, and operated eighteen wheelers over the entire United States.

A private memorial service for the family will be held at a later date.
