Richard was born October 8th, 1946 to Harry and Marjorie Bowlin. He graduated from Eldorado Springs High School in 1964. Richard was a contractor and has served on the National Board of Habitat for Humanity and worked for the Missouri Committee to legalize riverboat gambling. He has lived in Pensacola, Florida and Kuwait working as a contractor and also attended London School of Economics in England. Richard's hobbies included computers and talking with old high school classmates.
