Phyllis Richerson

Phyllis Mae Richerson, 87, Springfield, MO passed away November 17, 2013 in Manor Care, Springfield, MO.
She was born March 15, 1926 in Watsonville, CA to Otto F. and Bertha M. Kringle Hackbarth.
Phyllis was a Korean War Veteran and in the Nursing Corps of five years. She was a nurse for over 30 years and worked as a professional commercial truck driver with her husband.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Paul A. Richerson, and daughter Terri Richerson-Holmes.
Phyllis is survived by three children, Larry D. Richerson and wife Ruth of Ash Grove, MO, Perry D. Richerson of the home and Sherri L. Richerson of Springfield, MO, four grandchildren; Tony A. Richerson, Jesse Richerson, David Richerson and Angela Richerson.
Graveside services with military honors will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Missouri Veterans Cemetery.
There will be no visitation.
