Phillip Horras

Phillip Horras, age 54, of Springfield, died unexpectedly on May 27, 2010.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Barbara, son Timothy of Philadelphia, PA, daughter Amelia and son Tyler, both of the home. He is also survived by his parents, Margaret and Homer Horras, as well as many extended family members who loved him very much. We will miss him forever.

Memorial Mass will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday June 2, 2010 in St. Agnes Cathedral with Father Mike McDevitt celebrant. Burial with military honors will follow in Missouri Veterans Cemetery.

Memorial visitation will be from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut St. Rosary services will start at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the "Tyler Thomas Horras Supplemental Needs Trust" or "St. Agnes Parish Special Learners Class."
