Penny Mcmurtry

Penny D. McMurtry, 51, Springfield passed away Saturday, February 20, 2010 in The Maples Health and Rehab.

Penny was born February 9, 1959 in Harrison, AR to Wilbor Glen and Betty Sue (Roberts) McMurtry.

She is survived by her daughter, Samantha Buchanan; sister, Tammy Gossett, and her husband Chuck; niece, Amanda German; nephew, Matthew Gossett, and his wife Kristen, and his daughter, Charlie; her best friend of over 30 years, Dennette Thielen; and many other family members and friends.

Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday February 27, 2010 in White Oak Cemetery in Harrison, AR.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to White Oak Cemetery for the care and upkeep of the cemetery, in care of Jerry Edwards, 6847 Dees Rd. Harrison, AR 72601.
