Peggy Spencer

Peggy Joyce Garner Spencer, 55 of Brookline Station, Missouri formerly of Lufkin, Texas and Bogalusa, Louisiana passed away Wednesday morning, August 2, 2006 in her son's home.

Peggy was born August 26, 1950 in Pearl River, Louisiana to Herman and Bobbie (Sigrest) Garner. She was a homemaker and enjoyed painting, arts, crafts making neckllaces and bracelots for her grandchildren. She was beloved by all her family.

She is survived by her son, Jimmie D. Spencer, Jr. and his wife Cerrissa; six grandchildren, Kayla Zenker, P.J. Zenker, Ricki Mae Morris, Jonathan Spencer, Haylie Nichol Spencer, and Jimmie D. Spencer, III; her sister, Edna Jean Adams and her husband James; her brother, Felix J. Buckalue and his wife Barbara; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, August 4, 2006 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home 500 E. Walnut Street Springfield, Missouri.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 5, 2006 in Clear Creek Cemetery, Springfield, Missouri with Rev. Tommy Loving officiating. Online condolences can be made at www.hhlohmeyer.com.
