Pamela Jean Samson, 67, passed into eternal life on Saturday, August 3rd 2024 at 8:35 p.m., with her loving family at her side.
Born August 9th, 1956 in Maryville, MO to Hartford & Barbara Samson.
Her marriage to Cliff Peery on January 31st, 1994 in Miami, Oklahoma. They were best friends and soul mates.
Known for her kind, caring, selfless heart. When she walked into a room the love radiated from her. She was caring to a fault. There wasn’t a creature or person at anytime she wouldn’t take into her home.
From the time her sons were small, Christmas was a special time and no matter what she made it magical. She loved spending holidays with her kids and every birthday at Nakatos.
Pam was a free spirit who shared her shine with everyone. She loved music and passed that down to her sons and grandchildren. She loved supporting and cheering on her grandkids at all their events. Her grandkids were her babies and she impacted their life everyday and made sure they knew she loved them now and forever.
Pam will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Pam’s family asked for her to be remembered for the joy she brought to others in life.
Along with her husband, she is also survived by her sons Aaron Bridgers (wife Angie) and Matthew Samson ( partner Brittany McGill) of Springfield. As well as her step-sons Jake Peery (wife Carla) and Joshua Peery (wife Laura), Betsy Bridgers. As well as her grandchildren Elijah Bridgers, Adryana Bridgers, Sydney Kay Jackson, Jacob Peery, Logan Peery, Chloe Peery, Lucas Peery, Zoe Peery, Skyler McGill and Baby Samson on the way.
Proceeded in death by her father Hartford Samson, mother Barbara Samson. stepmother Bonnie Messner, sisters Shirley Hull and Sharon Kay Johnson.
Her surviving siblings are: Sharon Samson, Kathy (Dale) VanSickle, Dave (Sandy) Messner, Nicki Samson, Betty Jo (Dale) Reuter and numerous nieces and nephews.
The visitation will be held at Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home on Saturday, August 10th at 1 pm with a service at 2 pm. A Celebration of Life will be held at Aaron & Angie Bridgers home at 4 pm.
