Pamela Jane Garrett, 45, Springfield, passed away March 17, 2009 in St. John's Hospital.
She was born November 20, 1963 in Springfield, Missouri to Charles F. and Hazel (Yates) Garrett.
Pamela is survived by her common-law husband, John Thornton; her son, Matthew D. Murphy, of Springfield; her daughter, Melissa N. Garrett, of Galena, MO; her sister, Janui Blosser (Faye), of Warsaw, IN; her brother, Garry Blevins, of Virginia Beach, VA; her aunt, Evelyn Gloyd, Republic, MO; and many other family and friends.
There will be a service held at Pamela's residence from April 9 - 12 during Passover week. Online condolences can be shared at www.hhlohmeyer.com.
