He was born December 29, 1960 in Syracuse, New York to Orville M. Snyder Sr. and Jane A. Wheeler.
He worked in the construction trade as a restoration mason.
Survivors include his mother Jane A. Wheeler and his siblings, Christian and Lance Vogel, Holly Jones and Heather Charochak.
Cremation arrangements are under the care and direction of Herman Lohmeyer Funeral Home.
