Oliver Davis

Mr. Oliver Perry Davis, 84, Springfield passed away at 5:50 p.m. Wednesday April 13, 2005 in his home.

Oliver was born March 23, 1921 in Marshfield, Mo. to Janzo and Lola Maggie (Jane) Davis. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and four brothers.

He is survived by his wife, Doris Faye Davis of the home; his son, Robert Wayne Davis and his wife Paula of Highland Ranch, Colo.; his daughter, Bobbie Sue Harris and her husband Jim, four grandchildren, Angela Dean and her husband Scott, Michael Harris Daniel Bingham and Scott Davis; two great grandchildren, Allison and Logan Dean; and his sister, Geneva Barnhart and many nieces and nephews.

Vistation will be from 1 pm to 1:30 pm Tuesday April 19, 2005 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Clifford Havorth and Chaplain Robert Smiley officiating.
