Olga Gutu

Olga Guțu - Jentimir, 76 years old, passed away at 5 am, Saturday, February 1st, 2025, in her home, Battlefield, MO.

Olga Guțu, as most people would say, was the most generous, modest and patient person they knew. She helped those in need, and she loved having guests at her house. She sacrificed a lot for the church, and she always put God first. Olga Guțu was a role model for everyone. 

She married Ilie Guțu, when he returned from the Army, in 1971. They had four kids. 2 boys and 2 girls. Olga Guțu and Ilie Guțu had everything they needed, and more. They were the most respected people in town, and active people in church. Olga Guțu continued being strong and faithful no matter what. 

She will be very missed.

The funeral service will be held at 11 am Tuesday February 4, 2025 at Nixa Seventh-Day Adventist Church 957 Canyon Ln. Nixa, MO  65714 with Pastor Jerry DuVall officiating.  Arrangements are under the care of Herman Lohmeyer Funeral Home.
