Nina Lemons

Nina Ikenroth Lemons, age 103 of Springfield, MO, passed away on Thursday, November 11, while at Lakewood Assisted Living.

Nina was born November 9, 1918, in Springfield Missouri. She was the daughter of May and Henry Ikenroth and wife of Sam Lemons. Sam and Nina married September 9, 1961 and they were married for 35 years before Sam passed away on March 11, 1996. She was a long-time employee of Prudential Insurance Company and retired from there after many years. Nina was also a loyal attendant of Macedonia Baptist Church in Springfield. Outside of work and church she enjoyed playing bingo and playing the slots at Downstream Casino. Nina will be missed by many family members and friends.

A Graveside Service will be at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, November 16, 2021 in Hazelwood Cemetery with Pastor Rich Jenkins officiating under the care of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home.
