Nikolaus Leo Joseph Hammett, 37, Springfield, passed away on Wednesday August 26, 2015.
Nikolaus was born on May 4, 1978 in St. Louis County, Missouri to Bobby and Catherine (Keller) Hammett.
He was preceded in death by his father; and wife, Tammy Hammett.
Nikolaus is survived by his mother, Catherine Ingraham; sisters, Theresa Carter-Hess and Dolores Goertz; brothers, Bobby Hammett and Paul Hammett; cousins, Jackie Keller and Tasha Keller; and many other family members and friends.
Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday August 29, 2015 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut Street.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
Burial will be at a later date in Resurrection Cemetery
