She was born April 23, 1951 in Auburn, Nebraska to Leonard and Doris (Norval) Hazen.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Arthur Weldon; daughter, Terry Weldon; son, Chad Weldon; grandchildren, Zack, Isaiah, and Jacob; sisters, Dawn Trimmer and Deb Barnheart, and her husband Tommy; brothers, Dan Hazen, and his wife Valerie, Ron Hazen, and Marvin Hazen; nieces, Ashley, Danyle, Makayla, and Autumn; nephews, Jamie, Mike, Ronnie, Andrew, Chris, Dillon, Conrad, and Makinzie; Aunt Sue and Uncle Don; and many other family members and friends.
Memorial services will be at a later date.
