She was born September 1, 1969 in Hollywood, FL to Robert Lee and Barbara Sue Manning Smith.
She was a homemaker.
Nancy is survived by her loving husband Tim Hastings and her beloved daughter Amanda, all of the home, her parents and one brother, David Smith also survive.
She was preceded in death by one brother Steve Smith.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut Street, Springfield, MO.
Services and burial will be in Missouri Veterans Cemetery at Bloomfield, MO.
