Micheal Glidewell

Micheal Joan Glidewell, age 57 of Springfield, Missouri, peacefully passed away in her sleep on Sunday evening, November 29, 2015 at her home. Micheal was born January 21, 1958 in Torrance, California to Eugene and Velva LeBourveau. She grew up in California and later moved to Missouri. In December 1978 Micheal married the late Donald Jack Glidewell, Jr. of Ozark, Missouri. They were blessed with three children, Ben, Kimberly, and Sarah. Micheal spent her time loving her family, putting them above herself, and being outdoors as much as possible.

She was preceded in death by her parents; late husband; two brothers, Michael Bennett and Shawn Smith; and sister, Helena Forrester.

She is survived by one son, Ben Glidewell, and wife Joni of Diamond, Missouri; and two daughters, Kimberly Glidewell of Columbia, Missouri and Sarah Glidewell of Bolivar, Missouri; four grandchildren, Taylor, D.J., Easton, and Gracelynn; four sisters Johnna Beebe of Springfield, Missouri; Anna Conn of Springfield, Missouri; Kathlene McCartney of Apple Valley, California; Lucrezia Carrillo of San Francisco, California; numerous nieces, nephews, and numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, December 3, 2015 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut, with Robert Taylor officiating.
