Michael Strader

Today we mourn the loss of a father, a brother, an uncle, cousin,& even a grandpa. But most of all we lose a FRIEND. Michael Dean Strader, 48, passed away in his Springfield apartment on June 6, 2011.

Mike had many interests in life from the Nebraska CornHuskers to the St. Louis Cardinals & sitting with his brother & friends playing Tiger Woods golf. Mike touched many people's hearts & made friends whereever he was. From the friends he worked beside to many of his life long friends, Mike was very out spoken & was quick to step in when needed to & lend a hand to show he cared. Every heart that Mike has touched will weep today, but not from grief or dispair, but from joy & happiness to let you know he's still there.

Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, June 20, 2011 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home Chapel.
