Michael Anthony “Mike” Gomez, 35, departed this life at 9:56 AM Monday, April 8, 2013 in his home.
He was born February 2, 1978 in Downey, CA.
Mike was an avid sports fan of the RAIDERS, LAKERS, and DODGERS.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lou and Betty Ellis, and his father, Arthur Gomez. He is survived by his parents, Susan and John Lopez of the home, one brother, Richard Gomez of the home, three uncles, Richard Ellis and his wife Bridget of Springfield, MO, George Ellis of Protem, MO, and Tom Ellis and his wife May of Noti, OR, his aunt Alice Gomez and families of Whittier, CA, grandparents, John and Marilyn Lopez of LaMirada, CA, Chuck and Yolanda Cramer and Elaine and Dave Kriten, Mike and Vicky Lopez and many cousins and a host of many friends and relatives and his beloved dogs, Chevy and Bentley.
A private celebration of life service will be held by the family at a later date.
Cremation arrangements are under the care and direction of Herman Lohmeyer Funeral Home.
