Meagan Murdaugh1 14, Republic, passed away at 7:00 a.m. Wednesday May 8, 1996 in her home of a brain tumor.
Meagan was born October 31, 1981 in Springfield to Steve & Dianne (Schorp) Murdaugh.
She is survived by her parents, a brother Andy, a sister Holly all of Republic, her maternal grandparents Milton & Doris Schorp, Reeds Spring, her paternal grandmother Ava Murdaugh, Springfield, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday May 11, 1996 in Wesley United Methodist Church with Rev. Bill Moore officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Republic under the direction of Herman Lobmeyer Funeral Home 500 E. Walnut.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in the church. The casket will be closed at the beginning of the service.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Meagan Murdaugh's memory to a Memorial Fund do of the Superintendent's Office Republic Schools 518 N. Hampton Republic, MO 65738.
