Matthew Lucas Simmons, infant son of Andrew Simmons, and Cassondra Lewis passed away on April 19, 2014 in Children’s Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri.
Matthew was born in St. Louis, Mo. on April 15, 2014 to Andrew Simmons, and Cassondra Lewis.
Matthew is survived by his parents; maternal grandparents, Kristy and Chris Stanton; paternal grandfather, Michael Simmons; paternal grandmother, Winnona Hewitt; maternal great-grandmothers, Patricia Hollandsworth, and Juanita Lewis; paternal great-grandmothers, Ellen Simmons, and Evelyn Perkins; paternal great-grandfather, John Simmons.
Matthew is also survived by many cousins, and aunts & uncles.
A memorial service will be held on May 31, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in Herman Lohmeyer Funeral Home 500 E. Walnut, Springfield, Missouri.
