Marion Ochner

Marion Jeannette Ochner, age 85, of Isabella was born January 26, 1926 and passed away Sunday, February 20, 2010. Marion was born in Chicago, IL, graduating from Valparaiso University with a BS in education. She was a Physical Education teacher in the Chicago Schools. She met her husband, Bruno Ochner during her travels to Europe and they were married in 1961. Marion and Bruno purchased Twin Forks Resort in Isabella in 1969. She enjoyed reading, sewing, and all sports (especially her Cardinals and White Sox). She was preceded in death by her parents Elsie and Arthur Rinne and brother, Bill Rinne. She is survived by husband, Bruno, children Carlton and wife Lori, Douglas and wife Sandy, and Christine, grandchildren David, Anna Lisa, Jonathon, Isabella, and sister-in-law Lavonne Sells. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 25, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Faith Lutheran Church in Isabella MO.

They are asking that any arrangements be delivered before Thursday noon since the funeral home is 2 hours away from our home.
