Madia Lee

Madia Abbott Lee, age 93 of Springfield, Missouri passed away Tuesday, October 11, 1016 in Springfield.

She was born September 14, 1923 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma the daughter of Ralph and Mary Abbott.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Joseph Harley Lee.

Madia was an Insurance Sales Agent for many years and was a homemaker.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and Jim Tillman of Nixa, Missouri; six grandchildren, Carl Bowman and wife Kathy, Trister Sylvester and husband Derek, Token Tankersley and husband Dan, Amy Stevens and husband Ron, Hope Bowman, and Katherine Berry and husband Davian; and 16 grandchildren, C.J. Bowman, Wyatt Ketner, Kyle Stewart, Cody Sylvester, Emma Sylvester, Malayna Sylvester, Steve Darius, Chelsea Stevens, Ronnie Stevens, Brennan Lee, Reece Waggoner, Raven Waggoner, Riley Waggoner, Ryan Waggoner, Raina Berry, and Spencer Tankersley. She is also survived by her first cousin, Betty June Smith and her daughters, Kathy and Susan.

Cremation and arrangements are under the care of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home.
